Asus did not speak

Asus has announced that users of ZenFone 3 will not get the Android pie update.

They have also been conducting tests on the update. Now, in an announcement on the Zen Talk forum, they have stated that Asus has no plans to upgrade to the ZenFone 7 for Android pie to keep performance and stability. The phone will get all the updates of Android Oreo.
Zenfone 3 users can also install beta update of Android Pi if desired. Asus Zenfone 3 came to market in 20. Then there was Android Nougat as the operating system. Shortly after reading the Android Oreo, the phone gets updated.
