Organizing BDOSN to increase women's participation in the technology workplace

Various arrangements are underway in two districts to increase women's participation in technology and increase their participation in the technology workplace by enhancing their skills. 

Bangladesh Open Source Network (BDOSN) is organizing these in Sylhet and Dinajpur. The events, which started on Saturday, will run until September 20. BDOSN, in collaboration with several universities in Sylhet and Dinajpur, is organizing programming camps and contests for women students, ICT camps and training workshops to prepare them for entry into the workplace. The event started at 9am on Saturday morning at Grace Hopper Girls Programming Camp at Metropolitan University in Sylhet. A total of 3 female students of Computer Science and Technology Department are participating in this two-day camp. The same programming camp will be held on Sunday and Monday at Haji Mohammad Danesh University of Science and Technology, Dinajpur, Leeds University, Sylhet on September 7 and 9, Science and Technology on September 9 and 9. The first three winners of the contest will be presented with crests and certificates for the first three winners.
